All eligible company-level members will be awarded a plaque and invited to accept their award at FMA's Safety Conference.
Award Categories
- Honorable Mention = Incidence rate up to 10% better than BLS
- Award of Merit = Incidence rate more than 10% better than BLS
- Award of Honor = No reportable injuries
- Most Improved = Greatest percentage of improvement over the prior year
